Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p222h. By accessing the Platform in any manner — including merely browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and consent to be bound by them.

If you are accessing p222h on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

Your continued use of the p222h Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on p222h, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for real-money online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering in a personal capacity).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting participation is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of gameplay.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p222h or had a p222h account closed for Terms violations.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

p222h reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility conditions are not met or where p222h has reasonable grounds to believe that the conditions are no longer satisfied. Registration is subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process as required by p222h's compliance framework.

Account Management

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on p222h at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p222h account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. p222h will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify p222h's support team immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. p222h reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspected unauthorised access.

p222h account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). p222h does not hold funds in foreign currency accounts on behalf of users. Account balances do not earn interest. Funds held in your p222h account are held separately from p222h's operational funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

p222h accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your p222h account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of request submission, subject to volumes and payment provider availability. p222h does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees for standard verified accounts; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals require full KYC verification to be completed prior to processing.
• p222h reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• p222h reserves the right to void winnings and reclaim any amount that results from a system error, mis-priced odds, or technical malfunction.
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and may be reviewed as part of p222h's anti-money laundering compliance programme.

Bonuses & Promotions

p222h may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all p222h promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on a p222h account at any one time, unless the promotion terms expressly provide otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another p222h account or exchanged for cash below the wagering threshold.
• p222h reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering commitments already in progress.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple accounts or abuse of low-margin game contributions, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account review and potential closure.

Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on p222h are operated by certified third-party game providers including, without limitation, Jili Games, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. The outcome of each game round is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game provider. p222h does not control, alter, or interfere with game outcomes.

Sports betting markets and odds offered on the p222h sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports bet settlement, p222h's decision, based on verified official results from recognised sports governing bodies, shall be final.

• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be void unless p222h's in-play betting functionality is active and the bet is explicitly accepted as a live wager.
• p222h reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to human error or system fault.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game or market are set by p222h and may vary across game types, account tiers, and promotional periods.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game round will be resolved according to the game provider's recorded server state, which shall be conclusive.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p222h Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, creating accounts for third parties, or misrepresenting your eligibility status.
• Money Laundering: Using p222h to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the p222h Platform.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in p222h's software or any game provider's software to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with a payment provider in respect of any p222h deposit.
• Underage Access: Accessing or using p222h's real-money services if you are under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

p222h is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gaming on p222h is intended solely as a form of entertainment. If you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within your account dashboard.

p222h provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

Intellectual Property

All content on the p222h Platform — including but not limited to the p222h brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p222h or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p222h Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any p222h content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any p222h software or game content.
• Use p222h branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose or in any manner that implies endorsement by p222h.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p222h, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the p222h Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds resulting from gameplay outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or sportsbook results.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connection failures, or delays caused by internet service providers or third-party systems beyond p222h's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

p222h's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their p222h account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

Privacy & Data

p222h collects and processes personal data in accordance with the p222h Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on p222h, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160.

Termination

p222h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• The account holder's failure to satisfy ongoing KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements.

Upon termination for cause, p222h reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may voluntarily close your p222h account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure will be processed after verification of your identity and settlement of any outstanding wagers.

Amendments

p222h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p222h will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. For significant amendments, p222h may also notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-screen notification upon next login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the p222h Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p222h Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact p222h's support team via 24/7 live chat to initiate a dispute resolution request.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
